Growing up, while most kids spent their time playing in the sandbox, Natalia preferred to watch her grandmother’s culinary magic as she whipped egg whites into frothy meringue or transformed ingredients into delicious pastry’s.
Natalia’s dedication and passion to her art of cake decorating is both joyful and extraordinary – Each time she designs a stunning cake – she’s as thrilled as she would be if it were her first masterpiece. Working very closely with her clients, capturing every detail, Natalia transforms sugar into art.
Inspired by her true European origins, Natalia believes that a confectionary creation must taste just as good, if not better – than they look.
